Your kit

The brand assets you generate and download for your own identity are yours to use for your personal and professional brand.

Your access

Each purchase gives one person access to one kit. Access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Sign-in codes are for the person who owns the email address.

Our system

The NAYA/IDENTITY application, including its software, code, layouts, templates, patterns, artwork, symbols, lettering, and design system, is the property of Naya Communications, LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, frame, or create derivative products or services from it, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source code or artwork, except as the law expressly allows.

Enforcement

Each session is licensed to the signed-in person and is marked accordingly. Access may be suspended for misuse, and Naya Communications may pursue any remedy available under the law.
